"We must respond pastorally to people with disabilities, as well as their families, to help them come to know the love that Jesus has for each of them. 'We are a single flock under the care of a single shepherd. There can be no separate Church for persons with disabilities.'"
-Welcome and Justice for Persons with Disabilities, USCCB, 1999
All children are welcome to participate in faith formation. Whether that faith formation takes place in a classroom or at home, we are here to help support parents in their role as the first faith formation teacher their child has.
We are excited to announce a new branch of our faith formation program. We are now offering a dedicated homeschool special education program.
Please click here if you would like to sign your child up for the homeschool program.
Our coordinator of Faith Formation for Grades 1-3, Caitlin D'Alessio, has a
master's degree in special education and over 12 years of experience
working with special needs students with a variety of needs.
Please reach out to Caitlin at [email protected] with any questions.
