St. Linus: Christian Service Ministries

Coffee & Donuts

During the academic school year, September to the end of May, parishioners gather after the 9:00a Mass to enjoy coffee & donuts. Free coffee and donuts are served during this time. This is a great way to stay in touch with other parishioners, socializes, find out what is happening in the community and meet new people. Coffee & donuts social hour is held in the lower hall. Please stop by for a donut, a cup of coffee or some juice. If you would like to help with this ministry, please contact us at natickcatholics@gmail.com. Thank you!

Decorating Committee

Please join in making our Church beautiful for all of the holy days and Liturgical Seasons! We always are looking for more people to help! Please contact natickcatholics@gmail.com for more information. Thank you!

Food for Hungry

St. Linus collects food and monetary donations each month for the support of a large number of organizations serving the less fortunate. Local organizations assisted by the effort are: A Place to Turn, Natick Service Council, a Distribution Unit in nearby Framingham, and the South Middlesex Opportunity Council(SMOC). In addition, we provide regular support to a number of organizations outside our immediate area. These include: St. Francis House, Rosie's Place, Julie's Children's House, Little Brothers-Friends of the Elderly,Catholic Charities, Holy Redeemer Parish, Natick's Open Door, Seton Manor, Regina Cleri, Cathedral High School, and a local organization for foster children.

Homebound/Hospital

If you or someone you know is homebound and would like to receive communion, please call
the rectory at 508-653-1093 to arrange for a visit or Communion. If you or a loved one are in the hospital, please
make sure to notify the hospital that you/they are a Catholic and a member of the Natick Catholic Community, otherwise the hospital cannot legally inform us.

Giving Tree

A special "Giving Tree" is part of the St. Linus Christmas tradition. Through this program parishioners give specifically requested gift items to needy persons in the metro west area. St. Linus also provides money to the person who transports donations to the shelter and other service organizations. If you would like to volunteer to help with our Giving Tree Program, please contact us at natickcatholics@gmail.com.  Thank you!
